To view the Other Information section, your company must be using this feature, and you must have a role that includes the VIEW_MEMBER permission.

This section includes three tabs that show different types of member data:

  • Extended Member Data: Additional data relevant to the member, used by the client for their purposes or by Exchange Solutions to provide additional member information.
  • Member Scoring & Intelligence: Shows member inclusion in any scores developed through the MSI feature.
  • Member Aggregations: Shows totals for a selected aggregation, such as SPEND - YEAR.

Extended Member Data Tab​

The Extended Member Data (EMD) tab displays additional data that is relevant to the member and is used by your company for various purposes, but isn't central to or required for ES Loyalty™ to function. EMD can be used for additional processing in your systems or for reporting. The Extended Member Data tab is view-only.

View Extended Member Data​

  1. From the top menu, select Membership > Member Search. Select a search option, enter a value, and click Search. Click one of the member records returned.
  2. On the member landing page, expand the Other Information section. The Extended Data tab is selected by default.
  3. To view additional pages of Extended Member Data:
    • Click a page number at the bottom of the page (where Previous and Next arrows are shown).
  4. To show a different number of results on the current page:
    • In the Show dropdown, select a different number of items to display on the current page.

Extended Member Data accommodates null or blank values.

Member Scoring & Intelligence Tab​

The Member Scoring & Intelligence tab provides information about the scores generated from MSI data in which the current member is included. The Member Scoring & Intelligence tab is view-only.

View Member Scoring & Intelligence data​

  1. From the top menu, select Membership > Member Search. Select a search option, enter a value, and click Search. Click one of the member records returned.
  2. On the member landing page, expand the Other Information section. Click the Member Scoring tab to select it.
  3. To view additional pages of Member Scoring & Intelligence data:
    • Click a page number at the bottom of the page (where Previous and Next are shown).
  4. To show a different number of results on the current page:

    • In the Show dropdown, select a different number of items to display on the current page.

The name of the score is 128 characters by default, but this is configurable.

Member Aggregations Tab​

The Member Aggregations tab provides information about aggregation values for the member for a selected aggregation.

View Member Aggregations data​

  1. From the top menu, select Membership > Member Search. Select a search option, enter a value, and click Search. Click one of the member records returned.

  2. On the member landing page, expand the Other Information section. Click the Aggregations tab to select it.

  3. Select an aggregation from the Aggregation Name dropdown list to display the relevant data. The aggregations shown are configurable to client requirements, but might include the following:

    • Spend - Year: Spending by the selected member for the current calendar year.
    • Spend - Month: Spending by the selected member for the current calendar month.
    • Rewards - Month: Rewards earned by the selected member for the current calendar month.
    • Redeem - Month: Redemptions by the selected member for the current calendar month.

    For any selected aggregation, a message is shown if no data is available. There may be multiple entries for an aggregation, based on the aggregation selected and the number of periods available for that member. Depending on the length of the member's transaction history, there may be many entries.

View additional pages of Member Aggregations data​

  1. Click a page number at the bottom of the page (where Previous and Next are shown).

  2. To show a different number of results on the current page:

    • In the Show dropdown, select a different number of items to display on the current page.
