What is ES Loyalty?
ES Loyalty is Exchange Solutions' enterprise loyalty platform — a fully managed system that powers how brands earn customer loyalty, reward it, and prove its value.
At its core, ES Loyalty handles the complete lifecycle of a loyalty program: enrolling members, tracking activity across channels such as in-store, online, and partner, issuing points and rewards, managing tiers, and processing redemptions. It is the operational engine behind the customer relationship, delivering real-time performance at scale for some of North America's largest retail and fuel programs.
The platform spans three product offerings, each suited to a different level of need and integration depth.

How it works

The platform operates across three layers.
Inputs
Member activity enters the system from every direction: in-store POS transactions, app and web interactions, linked partner card activity, batch and real-time data feeds, and marketer configurations made in the Console.
Platform
ES Loyalty processes activity through its core engines — membership, promotions, fraud controls, and analytics. Promo Enhance can run alongside any loyalty platform, drawing on the same promotions capabilities. Boost sits as an AI layer on top, optimizing offer delivery and measuring impact through test-and-control methodology.
Outputs
Processed data flows out to the member experience (balances, reward statements, redemption confirmations), connected marketing platforms for triggered communications and segmented campaigns, and global payment processors for direct cash-equivalent redemptions.
