Member Account Links
This section reflects the previous release and will be updated soon. If you need to use this feature before documentation is updated, please reach out to your Client Success Representative or Technical Solutions Architect.
This section appears for members who are linked to different partners and/or business units. If the member isn't linked, this section doesn't appear. This page is read-only.
Member account links are links between a loyalty program member's account and specific payment cards (financial service partner), loyalty cards (retail partners), or business units. For instance, a member's account may be linked to payment cards from other companies that are partnered with the client's company, including debit or credit cards. The account may also be linked to loyalty cards used by a retailer or another business unit. Through this linking, the member may have access to additional benefits such as rewards for enabling the link, additional base rewards and offers, and access to an expanded product catalog.
Information about member account links is shown in an expandable section on the member's information page. Agents can't manage links from the Console. Linking is done by members selecting a partner and is facilitated through the relevant programmatic calls.
