Promotions Menu
This section of the Console contains several bundles of features available from the Promotions menu. You may not see all of them, depending on your specific products and configuration.
Promotions are the overarching campaigns you create to engage loyalty program members, which can include various types of incentives such as offers and badges to encourage desired behaviors.
Offers and badges are specific values or benefits provided to members as part of these promotions. Offers are the actual rewards or discounts that members receive as part of the broader promotion strategy to drive engagement, sales, and loyalty.
Badges are symbols of a member's loyalty to the company or brand — earned through specified actions and awarded in recognition of loyalty-related behavior.
The Promotions menu also provides access to Banners (the visual presentation of offers), Campaign Automation features (only if you are subscribed to ES Loyalty Boost™), and Budgets features (to help control your loyalty program budgets).
