This section of the Console provides management functions for features at the loyalty program level. The data functions available depend on your configuration and permissions:

• Activity Types – Lets you manage business-defined activities that populate the list in offers.
• Ad Hoc Reward – Provides bulk partner or business unit bonus point earning and related reporting. Lets you issue bonus points to valid loyalty program members in real time by uploading a file.
• Reward Identifiers – Used to differentiate earnings that originate from the same issuer — for example, Survey 1 bonus versus Survey 2 bonus.
• Ad Hoc Redemption – Provides bulk partner or business unit redemptions and related reporting. Lets you redeem points for valid loyalty program members in real time by uploading a file.
• Redemption Identifiers – Uniquely identifies an ad hoc redemption. Redemption identifiers may be grouped by department or business unit, if applicable.
• Redemption Catalogue – Contains product catalogue items available for rewards redemptions, including the cost of each item in reward currency. Items may be grouped by department or business unit.
• Extended Member Data File Upload – Lets you upload extended member data for client-specific use, ensuring all marketing data is associated with the member and available for targeting.
