Landing page views

Default landing page

If your company or user profile does not have access to Insights Pulse, the landing page shows:

  • Welcome text: Welcome to the Exchange Solutions Console
  • A landing page image

The page also includes:

  • The Exchange Solutions logo in the upper-left corner, next to the menu bar
  • A footer with:
    • Copyright information
    • Environment version information
    • Links to policy pages

Here's the rephrased sentence:

If you have access to Insights Pulse, a button for the feature appears on the landing page.

Insights Pulse setup view

Click +Insights to open Tableau and view key metrics visualizations, also called tiles. Click on the Browse Metrics button to access different metric definitions.

Click on a metric definition to open it and get an overview of its details. You can also select its data source to probe deeper via Tableau.

In the Actions column, click Insights Exploration to see a drilled down view of each metric. You can filter using a range of properties such as Month to Date, Channel, or Device Type.
