Membership Menu
You can’t use membership features in ES Promo Enhance™.
You can access member management features from the Membership menu. Select Members, run a member search, and open a member record to manage members in Console from the member page.
The Membership menu also provides access to Audiences, which are collections of members used for specific purposes. You can also access Member Scores and Intelligence to manage Gen AI–generated member scores based on your criteria.
Members are created through a registration process. You can find and manage them in Console. Console lets you manage a member’s profile, account, cards (including ghost cards), promotions, and transactions. Service agents can also manage post-purchase earns and discretionary credits, and add notes to the member record and account.
If an account is closed, several features on the member page are disabled:
- Buttons for Post Purchase Earn and Discretionary Credits (on the page header toolbar), the Load to Card button () for unloaded offers under the Promotions tab, Invite Member (in Households), and More (in Account Status)
- The Update Profile button in the Member Profile section. The fields are also grayed out to show they can’t be edited. If Anonymize Member Data was selected when the account was closed, some fields might be blank or masked.
