Ranges Report

note

The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.

The Ranges report gives marketers visibility into the distribution of outstanding balances by threshold range, making it easy to understand what percentage of members are accumulating high balances. The dashboard can be used for redemption promotion planning to increase overall program engagement.

The report lets you view and compare Rewards Balances across different reporting periods, ranging from daily to yearly. The Date Group and Date Element options provide this flexibility.

The report provides a trend comparison of overall rewards balances and selected ranges of rewards balances for chosen periods. For each period, the rewards ranges (shown in dollars) are highlighted in different colors for easy comparison. The end of each bar in the bar chart shows the cumulative rewards for that period.

Note: For more information about specific metrics within this report, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
