Point Bank Report
The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.
The Point Bank dashboard is a central dashboard for clients to analyze their loyalty points and rewards in detail. It reports on the different point types available to the business and provides a breakdown into sub-types as applicable. It allows clients to monitor the cost of their loyalty program and each element of the sub-programs and initiatives they run. It also reports on earned and redeemed points and rewards across attributes such as channel, terminal, product categories, and redemption type, as well as products redeemed from the catalogue where applicable. Points and rewards terminology depends on the business.
The Point Bank dashboard consists of three pages:
- Summary: Provides details about different categories of points such as base, bonus, discretionary, redeemed, expired, and transferred points.
- Purchase Details: Provides information about base and bonus points earned across multiple attributes including site type, terminal type, channel, and products.
- Redemption Details: Provides details about redeemed points and rewards, including redemption types and redemptions for specific products.
For more information about these reports, see the sections below. Note: For more information about specific metrics within this report, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
