Fraud Report
The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.
The Fraud - Members with Negative Balances report tracks potential instances of fraudulent activity within the loyalty program. It flags members with activities falling outside expected behavioral patterns (such as unusually frequent transaction or redemption activity) and members with negative balances. The report helps manage program costs by identifying and preventing fraudulent activity.
The report lets you track members and accounts with potentially fraudulent activity. You can filter by how many days (between 7 and 24) member accounts have had negative balances. The returned accounts are presented in tabular format for further analysis.
For more information about specific metrics within this report, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
