Reporting Identifiers

This feature may not appear in the Console depending on configuration.

A reporting identifier categorizes offers or badges based on predefined identifiers that can be selected in the Console when creating an offer or badge, allowing those offers to be included in specific reports.

View the reporting identifiers

1. From the top menu of the Console, select Insights > Reporting Identifiers.
2. The Reporting Identifiers landing page opens, showing separate sections of reporting identifiers for Offers and Badges. Use the page numbers, Previous/Next, and arrows at the bottom of each section to view additional pages. Select a different number in the Show dropdown to control how many results are shown per section.

Create a reporting identifier

1. Navigate to Insights > Reporting Identifiers.
2. On the Reporting Identifiers page, select + Create Reporting Identifier.
3. In the popup window, select the Identifier type. Options include the following:
   • Offer Reporting Identifier: A reporting identifier used to categorize offers
   • Badge Reporting Identifier: A reporting identifier used to categorize badges
4. Enter the identifier name.
5. Click Create Identifier. When prompted, click Confirm to create a new reporting identifier.
6. A message confirms that the new reporting identifier has been created, and it appears in the list of reporting identifiers for that section.
