Scheduling Section
The Scheduling section specifies the type of scheduling to be applied to the offer and how long the offer is to be scheduled for. It contains the following subsections:
- Scheduling Type: Specifies the type of scheduling you can apply to an offer. There are two ways you can schedule an offer:
- Fixed Start/End: The offer is scheduled with fixed dates and runs for the duration between the start and end date.
- Triggered: The offer is initiated based on the member's purchase or profile activity.
- Schedule: Specifies the start date, end date, offer expiry option, time zone, and display date and time for an offer that uses the Fixed Start/End scheduling type.
- Active Period: Specifies the start date, end date, offer expiry option, time zone, and display date and time for an offer that uses the Triggered scheduling type.
- Trigger Configuration: Specifies the activity a member must perform to trigger an offer's activation, the number of days an offer remains valid after it's triggered, and the number of times an offer can be triggered per member.
Set up a fixed-based schedule

In the Scheduling Type section, select Fixed Start/End.

In the Schedule section, select a start and end date and time. To specify an exact time, turn off the All day toggle and enter a time in
HH:MMformat. -
Select the Offer does not expire checkbox to create an offer that's always available to members.

Optionally, select a display date and time to show customers a date different from the offer's start date. The display date must be earlier than the offer's start date.

Select the time zone for the location where the offer applies.
noteThe time zone for all offer configurations is currently fixed to Eastern Time (ET). To customize this for your business, contact your Client Success Representative.
Set up a trigger-based schedule

In the Scheduling Type section, select Triggered.

In the Active Period section, select a start and end date and time. To specify an exact time, turn off the All day toggle and enter a time in
HH:MMformat. -
Select the Offer does not expire checkbox to create an offer that's always available to members.

In the Trigger Configuration section, select one of the following options from the Trigger Activity dropdown menu:
- System-defined triggers: These activities involve a member interacting with your platform or app, such as signing up for the first time.
- Business-defined triggers: These activities involve a member interacting directly with your business, such as writing a review for a product they purchased.

Enter a number of days the offer will be valid for after it is triggered by a member.

Enter the number of times the offer can be triggered for each member.
