Offers

note

Some features, such as multi-behavior offers, may only be accessible in the Console if configuration and permissions have been set to allow them.

Offers are promotions presented to loyalty program members to motivate them to take an action — such as buying a specific product, purchasing a particular quantity, exceeding a specified spending threshold, and so on. Offers may also encourage other behaviors or activities, such as promoting a brand on social media or completing a survey.

In return, members receive a reward in the form of reward credits or another benefit. A reward in the context of a loyalty platform is an incentive given to members — such as points, special discounts, or other benefits — aimed at encouraging repeat business or engagement.

There is no limit on the number of offers that can be created for members, although there is a practical limit on how many can be managed at one time.

As an example, a frequency offer requires members to perform all of the offer's required behavior across multiple transactions or sessions before earning a reward. For instance, a member may be required to purchase $20 worth of vitamins across three separate transactions over three months to fulfil the offer and receive the reward.
