Preview, Publish, and Post-Publish
Once all eight steps of the offer are complete and validation has passed, you can preview the offer in full and then publish it. This page covers the actions available on the bottom action bar and what happens after an offer is published.
Preview an offer
The Preview action opens a read-only summary of every field configured across the eight steps, organized by section: Basics, Scheduling, Required Behaviour, Rewards, Targeting, Activation & Usage Controls, Copy & Creative, and Meta Data. Image fields display thumbnails for each URL slot.
Use Preview to confirm that the offer reads correctly before publishing.
- From the bottom action bar, select Preview.
- Scroll through the modal to review the values for each section.
- Close the modal when you are done. No changes are saved or applied from the Preview view.
Save a draft
The Save Draft action saves the offer in its current state without publishing it. Drafts can be returned to and edited at any time.
- From the bottom action bar, select Save Draft.
- A confirmation message appears (for example, This draft offer proc_offer_1391 has been created), and you are returned to the Offers list.
- The draft appears at the top of the list with Offer Status: Draft and Market Status: Inactive.
Publish an offer
The Publish action is only available when the validation summary at the bottom of the Meta Data step reads All steps completed!. Publishing makes the offer eligible to go live based on the dates configured in the Scheduling step.
- From the bottom action bar, select Publish.
- In the Publish Offer confirmation dialog, review the message: Are you sure you want to publish this offer? It will become active based on the scheduling settings.
- Select Publish to confirm, or Cancel to return to the editor.
- A confirmation message appears (for example, proc_offer_1391 has been saved and published), and you are returned to the Offers list.
After publishing
Once an offer is published, the Offer Status changes from Draft to Published, and the Market Status reflects where the offer sits in its scheduling window:
- Future: The offer is published but its start date has not yet been reached.
- Live: The offer is published and currently within its active scheduling window.
- Inactive: The offer is past its end date, has not been published, or is otherwise not eligible to award rewards.
Once an offer is published, its activation configuration can no longer be changed. Review the Activation step carefully before publishing.
From the offer's row in the Offers list, or from the More menu inside the editor, you can:
- Duplicate the offer to create a new draft pre-populated with the same configuration.
- Delete the offer (available while in Draft).
Use Advanced Filtering on the Offers list to filter by Offer Status or Market Status to find offers in a specific state.
