Working with Offers
The Offers page in the Console lets you work with offers. Actions you can accomplish include creating, editing, and filtering offers. This page depicts steps to performing various actions with Offers.
Navigating to offers
- Select Promotions > Offers. If required, select a business unit in the sub-menu. The Offers page opens.
Search for an Existing Offer

Select Promotions > Offers. If required, select a business unit in the sub-menu. The Offers page opens.

In the search bar, Enter the offer's ID or name in the search field. Matching activity identifiers appear in the list. If no results are found, a message indicates that the offer doesn't exist.
noteSearching for offers doesn't return any information about badges.
Filtering offers

Select Promotions > Offers. If required, select a business unit in the sub-menu. The Offers page opens.

Click the Advanced Filtering button.

Select one or more of the following filter values:
- Market Status: The filter is always set to Equal To. The value may be set to: Live (currently active), Expired (past the end date), Future (before the start date), Disabled (set to non-active), or Inactive (never activated).
- Start Date: Set the filter to Greater Than, In Between, or Less Than, then set a date using the calendar button. If you select In Between, you must select a second date as the end of the range.
- End Date: Set the filter to Greater Than, In Between, or Less Than, then set a date using the calendar button. If you select In Between, you must select a second date as the end of the range.
- Last Edited: Set the filter to Greater Than, In Between, or Less Than, then set a date using the calendar button. If you select In Between, you must select a second date as the end of the range.
- Reporting Identifier: The filter is always set to Equal To. The value directs metrics from the offer to the correct report.
- Click Apply. Offers matching your criteria are shown in the list.
To clear the filters, click Clear.
View an offer
- Select Promotions > Offers. If required, select a business unit in the sub-menu. The Offers page opens.
- Scroll down the offers list. Use the page numbers or Previous/Next controls at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.
- To show more or fewer offers on the page, select a different number in the Show dropdown at the bottom of the Offers page.
Edit an offer
Notes on editing existing offers
On the Offers page, all existing offers are listed (across additional pages if needed). You can scan the offers and open an existing offer edit its settings. Not all fields can be edited — only those that aren't greyed out.
If your configuration supports it, you can change the end date (in the Scheduling section) for a live offer to give members more time to accept and complete the offer.
Depending on the type of offer, start and end dates may be restricted from editing, as shown in the table below.

- Select Promotions > Offers. If required, select a business unit in the sub-menu. The Offers page opens.
- Click the offer ID or offer name to open it or click the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the Actions column and select Edit.
- Make any required changes to the editable fields.
- Click Save and Publish. Click Publish Changes when the confirmation window appear. The offer is saved with the changes.
