Membership Trends Report
The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.
The Membership Trends report lets marketers monitor the overall growth of program membership. Active membership trends are displayed by fiscal period. The report shows the size of active membership at the start and end of the reported period, and the volume of members who joined or cancelled their program participation (including deceased) within the period.
The report provides a single view of membership trends over a selected period. It lets you filter to a specific membership metric (such as existing members, new or deceased members, closed accounts, or all members at the end of the period) and provides membership details for each sub-period (for example, a week) within the selected time range.
For more information about specific metrics within this report, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
