Loyalty Members Report
The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.
The Loyalty Member dashboard is a central resource for clients to analyze their loyalty member customer base. It focuses on loyalty member and household behavior, purchasing, and redemption habits. It also lets you view predefined member segments, create your own segments based on criteria, compare different segments, and analyze segment behavior.
Note: For more information about specific metrics within these views, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
