Promotion Details Report

note

The Insights menu and Standard Reports or Reports Overview sub-menu are only visible if you have the correct permissions to access reports.

The Promotion Details report lets you analyze campaign and promotion effectiveness across time. It provides a detailed view of all promotion activities and a measurement of performance by the top 10 offer codes. It also lets you create a customized report to analyze campaign and promotion effectiveness across various reporting periods.

For a selected period and business unit, you can view vendor-funded or non-vendor-funded offers (or all), the promotion audience (such as mass, targeted, or all), rewards type (such as threshold, points per unit, multiplier, or all), offer codes and descriptions, reporting identifiers, related event IDs, KPIs, additional information for Load to Card or frequency offers, and referrals.

The report also lets you filter by top offer metrics across several categories and isolate the share of top 10 offers in the overall mix, along with associated costs and market shares.

note

For more information about specific metrics within this report, see the Loyalty Product Reporting Training Handbook available from your Exchange Solutions representative.
