This feature is only available if you have access to ES Loyalty Boost™ (campaign automation), which is an optional add-on to ES Loyalty™. This feature is managed by your account's Technology Solutions Architect (TSA).
The offer pool is the collection of offers from which the campaign draws when sending offers to members. You can view the file used for the current offer pool and, if required, replace it by uploading a new file.
View the current offer pool
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- View the current offer pool in the list at the bottom of the page.
Upload an offer pool
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- Drag and drop the offer pool file into the rectangular area under Current Offer Pool, or click Browse, navigate to the file, and select it. The file appears in the table with a status of Processing until the upload is complete. Once the status changes to Processed, it becomes the current offer pool file.
View a reject summary if an offer pool upload fails
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- Upload the offer pool file as described above. The file appears in the table with a status of Processing until the upload is complete.
- If the file ends up with a status of Failed, too many records in the file were rejected for it to become the offer pool. To view the rejected records, click Download Reject Summary from the Actions dropdown next to the file in the list, then open or save the file.
Download the current offer pool
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- In the Action menu next to the offer pool in the list, click Download Offer Pool.
- A message confirms that the offer pool has been successfully downloaded. In the Downloads window, click Open or Save As, then save the file to a directory on your computer.
Replace the current offer pool
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- In the Current Offer Pool section, click the X in the upper right corner of the green area. The page updates to allow you to upload a new offer pool file.
- Click Browse File, navigate to the new file, select it, and click Open to upload it. Alternatively, drag and drop the file onto the green area to upload it.
- Click Save. If you don't click Save, the system reverts to the previous file. A message confirms that the offer pool file has been updated, and the name of the new file appears in the green area.
Delete the current offer pool
- Navigate to Promotions > Campaign Automation > Offer Pool.
- In the offer pool list, click Delete from the Actions menu next to the current offer pool.
- Click Accept in the confirmation window. The offer pool is removed and a message confirms that there is no current offer pool.
