Badges

Depending on configuration, this feature may not be available in the Console.

Badges are used to reward loyalty program members for specified behaviors and achievements. Earning a badge means that the member has demonstrated their loyalty to the brand through their behavior.

View the badge information for this member

  1. From the top menu, select Membership > Member Search.
  2. On the Member landing page, click the Promotions tab, then the Badges tab. You can view the badge information here.

The information shown for badges is:

  • Start Date: The date/time at which the badge first becomes available to be used in an app or on a web page.
  • End Date: The date/time at which the badge is no longer available for use.
  • Badge Name: The name of the badge.
  • Description: A short description of the badge.

The customer service agent can click on a specific badge to view more information about that badge. The agent can also control how many badges to view on the current page, and if there are additional pages of badges, select which page to view from the numbers that will appear at the bottom of the page.

To view additional pages of badge information (if there are any), click one of the other pages numbers that are not highlighted at the bottom of the page (where Previous and Next are shown, if they appear).

To change the number of results displayed per page, select a value from the Show dropdown.

View additional information about the badge

Click anywhere in the row where summary badge information is shown. The view expands to show more details about the badge.
