Ad Hoc Redemption
This feature may not appear in the Console depending on configuration.
The ad hoc redemption feature in ES Loyalty provides bulk partner or business unit data about redemptions and related reporting. It enables partners or business units to issue redemptions in bulk by uploading a file. The maximum file size is 10 MB.
Previously uploaded ad hoc redemption files are shown on the Ad Hoc Redemptions page, displaying the file name, status, total records, any errors, the upload date, and the name of the agent or marketer who uploaded the file. In the Download menu, you can choose to view the reject file for any upload errors. If there are no errors, the menu doesn't appear.

- Navigate to Data > Ad Hoc Redemption.
- Scroll down to see the existing ad hoc redemption files in the Upload History section.
- View the processing state in the Status column.
- Click the information button (the green button) next to a status to view additional processing information.
- View the number of errors in the Errors column. If there were errors, access the reject file from the Download menu to see which records weren't processed (see the procedure at the bottom of this topic). If there were no errors, the Download menu isn't available.

- Navigate to Data > Ad Hoc Redemption.
- Drag and drop a properly formatted CSV file into the upload area, or click Browse File, navigate to the file, select it, and click Upload.
