Redemption Catalogue
This feature may not appear in the Console depending on configuration.
The Redemption Catalogue contains selected products available for rewards redemptions. It provides information about each product, including its cost in reward currency. Items may be grouped by department or business unit.
View or edit an existing catalogue item
- Navigate to Data > Redemption Catalogue. If there are multiple business units, select one.
- In the list of catalogue items on the Redemption Catalogue landing page, click the Catalogue Item ID value or click the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the Actions column and select View for that redemption catalogue item.
- If editing, click Save Changes to save any changes, then Save in the confirmation window.
Filter the view of catalogue items
- Navigate to Data > Redemption Catalogue. If there are multiple business units, select one.
- In the Redemption Catalogue landing page, click Filters.
- Select values for the filter, including the Redeemer (the partner or business unit redeeming the points) and/or the Created On date — with options for Greater Than (after or on a date), Less Than (before or on a date), or In Between (a date range).
- Click Apply to view the matching catalogue items on the landing page.
Create a catalogue item

Navigate to Data > Redemption Catalogue. If there are multiple business units, select one.

In the Redemption Catalogue page, select the + Add Catalogue Item button.

Select a Redeemer — the name of the organization issuing the redemption. All available redeemers are shown in the dropdown list.
noteIf you selected a business unit in step 1, it is shown (and can't be edited) in the Business Unit(s) field. If not, select the business unit in the first field if applicable. If your company doesn't use business units, this option isn't shown. If All is selected, the redemption ID applies to all available business units.

Enter a Catalogue Item ID — the unique identifier for this catalogue item in the system. Allowed characters are A-Z, 0-9, and underscore. This field is required.

Enter an Item Name — a descriptive name that helps users understand the purpose of the catalogue item. Allowed characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9, space, _@+-$&, and French characters. This field is required.

Enter the Points Amount required to redeem for this item. The value must be a positive integer.

Select a Redemption Type to specify the type of redemption. Select DISCOUNT if the redemption results in a discount on the catalogue item, or TENDER if rewards points are used to pay for the item.

Enter one or more Product Codes. Press Enter after each code. Each code is listed below the field — click the X next to any code to remove it.

To exclude this item from the member's daily redemption cap, select Exclude from Redemption Cap Limit. This is useful for allowing members to redeem for high-value items that exceed the daily cap.

Fill in the Copy and Creative section with the message associated with this catalogue item to be shown in the prompt displayed by the POS system, and the long and short messages displayed on the receipt. The default language is English. To add French content, select the Add Locale... dropdown then select French(CA).

Click Create Catalogue Item, then Create again in the confirmation window. The catalogue item is created and added to the list on the Redemption Catalogue landing page.
Duplicate a catalogue item
- Navigate to Data > Redemption Catalogue. If there are multiple business units, select one.
- On the Redemption Catalogue page, click a catalogue's item ID and select Duplicate from the bottom toolbar's ... More menu. Alternatively, you can click its Actions ellipsis (⋯) and select Duplicate.
- The Catalogue Item Details window opens with the original name and _copy appended. Update the name if required (3 to 128 characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, space, _@+-$&, and French characters).
- The business unit can't be changed. All fields are required. Confirm that the correct redeemer is selected, a unique catalogue item ID has been entered, and the item name is correct.
- Also confirm the points required to redeem this catalogue item and the redemption type.
- Enter the product code(s) needed for the catalogue item.
- Optionally select Exclude from Redemption Cap Limit. The fulfillment type defaults to the same as the duplicated catalogue but can be changed if needed.
- Click Create Redemption Catalogue. Click Create again in the confirmation window. The new redemption catalogue is created and added to the list.
Delete a catalogue item
- Navigate to Data > Redemption Catalogue. If there are multiple business units, select one.
- Select the Actions ellipsis (⋯) for the catalogue item you want to delete, then select Delete.
- In the confirmation window, click Delete. The catalogue item is deleted from the landing page.
