Enhancements
Support MASS/Autoload Offer Loyalty Gallery Support
Programs using automatic offer deployment can now display these promotions in the member-facing gallery, ensuring complete transparency about active offers and eliminating member confusion about which promotions are working for them.
What it does
This enhancement expands the Offer Gallery API to include both Load-to-Card (LTC) and Autoload (MASS activation) offers. It also adds optional gallery customization that can hide unused tabs and defaults to showing loaded offers for a streamlined member experience.
How you benefit
- Members see all active promotions regardless of activation method, removing any confusion about which offers apply to them.
- Program managers gain the flexibility to run Autoload campaigns with full gallery visibility and a simplified user experience tailored to automatic offer mechanics.
Key details
- Previously, only Load-to-Card offers appeared in the gallery. Autoload promotions were invisible to members.
- Tab visibility is configurable, allowing programs to hide unused tabs and focus the gallery on the offer types they use.
Lazy-Load Member Scoring Data: Improved Console Performance
Previously, opening member profiles automatically loaded Member Scoring & Intelligence (MSI) data regardless of whether it was needed, wasting bandwidth, slowing performance, and increasing direct cost.
What it does
This enhancement defers the MSI data fetch until a user explicitly clicks the MSI tab. Results are cached to maintain fast access on subsequent views.
How you benefit
- Customer service teams experience a faster, more responsive console when opening member profiles.
- Programs reduce unnecessary API calls and lower data processing costs for unused functionality.
